ROLE

We are seeking a Workforce Planning & Strategy Specialist to join the Workforce Forecast & Planning team at Farfetch. This role is primarily strategic and business-facing, owning workforce demand and capacity planning across key operational areas while ensuring our internal planning tools remain reliable, scalable, and fit for purpose.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Operations and Finance leaders, translating forecasts and operational drivers into clear workforce strategies and actionable capacity plans. While this role does not focus on building statistical forecasting models from scratch, you will be technically capable of maintaining, improving, and automating planning tools and data workflows that support decision-making.
This position requires strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to connect operational strategy with data-driven workforce planning.
