Requirements:

Valid NYS RN License
Home Care Coding Specialist—Diagnosis (HCS-D) certification required and COS-C (Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical) or HCS-O (Home Care Clinical Specialist – OASIS) Preferred
Must understand homecare regulations in New York State
EPIC EMR knowledge a plus
Valid NYS driver’s license
Organized, strong communication skills

Pay Range:$36.00 - $47.52
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
