The Senior Director I, Global Workplace Platform Strategy & Operations is a senior leadership role within the Global Real Estate and Workplace (GRW) organization, accountable for defining the strategy, standards, and operating model for global workplace operations at The Coca-Cola Company. This role serves as the strategic owner of workplace operations, setting clear direction, outcomes, and governance while working in close partnership with CBRE as our global execution partner to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and high-performing workplaces worldwide.

The role leads a small internal team, including the Director of Engineering & Asset Strategy, the Senior Manager, Global Workplace Safety, Compliance & Business Continuity, and the Senior Manager, Global FM Performance and acts as the connective tissue between technical operations and business leadership. Success in this role requires strong operational judgment, technical fluency, and financial discipline, as well as the ability to translate complex engineering, safety, and operational topics into clear, actionable insights. This leader balances long-term strategy with practical execution enablement, ensuring consistency, resilience, and continuous improvement across a diverse global portfolio.

What You’ll Do for Us

Strategy & Global Operations Leadership

· Define and lead the global strategy and operating model for workplace operations across The Coca-Cola Company.

· Establish clear outcomes, success metrics, and performance expectations aligned with business priorities and employee experience.

· Balance near-term operational needs with long-term, sustainable value creation.

Partner Enablement & Governance

· Serve as the strategic counterpart to CBRE leadership, setting direction and expectations while enabling effective execution.

· Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and performance mechanisms that reinforce accountability and partnership.

· Evaluate, challenge, and validate partner recommendations using informed judgment, balancing risk, cost, and value.

Engineering, Asset & Lifecycle Strategy

· Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Director of Engineering & Asset Strategy.

· Own global strategies for asset lifecycle management, capital planning, maintenance philosophy, and engineering standards.

· Ensure engineering strategies are data-driven, risk-based, and aligned with long-term asset value and performance.

Safety, Compliance & Business Continuity

· Lead global frameworks for workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and business continuity through the Senior Manager, Global Workplace Safety, Compliance & Business Continuity.

· Ensure consistent application of standards across regions while meeting regulatory and corporate requirements.

· Partner with Risk, Security, Legal, HR, and regional teams to strengthen preparedness and resilience.

Translation of Complexity into Clarity

· Translate complex engineering, safety, and operational topics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical and executive stakeholders.

· Enable confident decision-making by separating fact from opinion and risk from noise.

Optimization, Data & Technology Enablement

· Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and existing technology platforms.

· Optimize operations before pursuing new tools or additional investment.

Financial & Resource Stewardship

· Provide strategic financial oversight of global workplace operations, including operating and capital budgets.

· Ensure disciplined cost management while balancing risk mitigation, compliance, and long-term value creation.

Global Standards & Consistency

· Define and maintain global standards for workplace operations, engineering practices, safety, and continuity.

· Ensure standards are clear, measurable, and executable across regions and by CBRE.

People Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal leadership team.

· Foster strong collaboration across GRW and enterprise stakeholders.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, engineering, facilities, asset management, project management, or related operational leadership roles.

· Demonstrated experience leading senior leaders and subject-matter experts in complex, global environments.

· Experience operating within a client-owner / execution-partner model.

· Strong technical fluency paired with sound business judgment.

· Proven financial discipline and experience managing global budgets.

Preferred

· Experience partnering with CBRE or similar global facilities management organizations.

· Experience building governance, standards, and KPIs for outsourced operations.

· Experience leading through influence in highly matrixed organizations.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
