Intern, Business Operations Analyst

What you will do:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Sales team to drive sales productivity through data analytics and process optimization.

How you will do it:

• Design & implementation of impactful BI dashboards using PowerBI to analyze leading indicators to drive business, increase sales productivity and provide critical insights that drive business

• Implement simulation models to analyze various aspects of business operations such as trends, vertical/countries dynamics to identify proactive actions to enable accurate secured forecasting & operational capacity planning, sales capacity & productivity trends.

• Process Mapping - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and map current business processes, including process steps and key performance indicators.

• Process Optimization - Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities for further automation within the operations workflow

What we look for:

• Pursuing a Master's/Bachelor’s degree in a reputable institution

• Experience in Powersuites (e.g. PowerBI/PowerAutomate)

• Advanced proficiency in office business applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
