Misión del cargo:
Serás el encargado de dirigir la estrategia de ingeniería de proyectos, mantenimiento, confiabilidad y mejora continua para las operaciones de manufactura en Colombia, asegurando la evaluación, priorización y ejecución efectiva del CAPEX; la disponibilidad, integridad y desempeño de los activos; y la implementación de soluciones técnicas y prácticas de mejora que incrementen la seguridad, productividad, capacidad, calidad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad del negocio.
Requisitos:
Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o áreas afines. Con especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos, Mantenimiento, Confiabilidad, Gestión de Activos, Operaciones o Administración.
Experiencia mínima de 10 años en gestión de proyectos industriales CAPEX en sectores de manufactura, rendering, alimentos, consumo masivo, agroindustria, químicos, oil & gas o procesos industriales similares. Al menos 5 años liderando equipos de proyectos o estructuras PMO. Conocimiento sólido en control de CAPEX, contratación industrial, ejecución de montajes industriales, gestión de contratistas y dirección de portafolios de inversión. Participación comprobada en proyectos multidisciplinarios que integran disciplinas mecánicas, eléctricas, civiles, de instrumentación y automatización.
