We are currently looking for a Manufacturing HR Business Partner - Assistant Manager to join our team at Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will act as the first line of contact with all manufacturing functions in all HR related matters (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Workforce planning) in line with the HR Director and the HR COEs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support function leaders in planning their talent pipeline requirements within the respective functions, building talent bench strength and drive succession planning in line with the regional Talent Management process.
Guide function leaders in the identification, prioritization and building of required organizational and people capabilities.
Support the functions in identifying and managing strategic staffing and recruitment.
Facilitation of career discussions and succession plans.
Resolve workplace conflicts related to business.
Guide the function leaders on long, mid and short-term strategic workforce planning.
Play an integral role in both Headcount and labor cost planning and ensuring data integrity.
Manage the function’s mobility needs and assignment planning based on the talent gap.
Accountable for HR system updates (Workday) and data quality with the HR shared service center.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and actions with the function leaders, addressing employee engagement issues and attrition within the function.
Proactively seeking to resolve employee challenges and issues while fostering strong relationships across the business to develop a positive working culture.
Who We’re Looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years as an HR Business Partner - preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience within international working environments
Prior experience across the HR spectrum including talent acquisition, talent management, SWP and / or C&B
In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skill set
Fluency in English and Arabic
