Lead Client Success Management
As a Lead Client Success Management reporting to our AVP - Client Success Management, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across global customer accounts, driving strategic engagement and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaq’s solutions.
  • Create demand for Nasdaq’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
  • Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
