About the role

Do you have experience in B2B key account management or in the sale of complex service contracts? Would you like to strategically develop major international customers across multiple countries—from analysis and concept development to on-site implementation?

As an International Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of our portfolio of cross-border customers. You will design standardized but locally implementable offers and make a significant contribution to growth, market share gains, and profitability at CWS Workwear.

What you can expect from us:

Your tasks:

  • Defining and implementing the strategy and governance for major international customers

  • Managing international tenders (RFP/RFQ) and negotiating international framework agreements (prices, SLAs, contract terms, minimum volumes)  

  • Designing and coordinating a standardized offering for major international customers (pricing, product, service levels, etc.) in collaboration with local companies and other departments (operations, product management, marketing, local KAM, pricing, customer service, etc.) 

  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling potential across locations and countries  

  • Coordinating cross-border implementation (rollouts, go-live, KPI tracking)  

  • Responsibility for and monitoring of results and KPIs (including sales, margin, customer satisfaction) 

  • Close cooperation with local stakeholders and various departments (including local KAMs, regional sales, operations, product management, pricing, customer service)

  • Preparation of decision-making documents and presentations for management

  • Conceptual preparation and moderation of workshops and cross-functional meetings

Your profile:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B key account management or solution sales, ideally with a focus on workwear or similar service industries

  • Experience with multi-site or multi-country customers and long-term service contracts

  • Extensive experience in project management and contract negotiations  

  • Understanding of operational conditions (laundry, logistics, service costs) or a high willingness to learn

  • Confident manner in a matrix organization, high level of stakeholder management, and ability to manage and influence without disciplinary leadership  

  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills combined with a high level of implementation strength

  • Business fluent German and English (C1); other European languages are an advantage

  • Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is desirable 

  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20–40%)
