Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across DSP platforms. In this role, you will manage more complex accounts, drive performance improvements, and ensure high-quality delivery across all programmatic activity. You will work closely with Programmatic Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate media strategies into effective, data-driven programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the setup, trafficking, optimization, and quality assurance of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr).
  • Manage pacing, budgets, and performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities across audiences, inventory, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Lead and execute A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues including discrepancies, tagging challenges, and creative approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic activity within broader media strategies.
  • Support campaign reporting and contribute insights, recommendations, and optimization narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, programmatic trends, privacy changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the training and upskilling of junior executives where required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising or digital media execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or Xandr.
  • Solid understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, data strategies, and programmatic optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and performance dashboards to interpret data.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain performance insights in a clear and structured way.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve performance outcomes.
