Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role:
The Core Agent is responsible for ensuring all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the hotel’s phone and operating systems. Combining the duties of different areas including but not limited to: Reservations functions between guests, casino, wholesalers, Travel agents and other different stake holders. Communications between all guests and different services of the hotel, directly or indirectly associated with CORE Agent as in Guest Relations Specialist handling, follow up and reviews required on a daily basis.

What you will do:

  • Provide general information about the hotel and assisting callers as well as responding to emergencies by connecting the appropriate individuals by phone.

  • Act as the friendly and courteous voice of various departments of the hotel and should respond with confidence and knowledge to the guest’s requests taking note or transferring the calls when appropriate ensuring that every interaction with guests is done in a way to create a more personalized experience with engagement and following the SERVICE Culture standards

  • Communicate requests including, Wake up calls, phone transfers, give and take messages, emergency requests and other various inquiries

  • Conduct reservation calls and proper follow up, including confirmation, input or cancelation of reservations including all systems inputs for it

  • Interact with all stakeholders allowing for a smooth and complete reservation

  • Follow up on Housekeeping requests including services and items and pass the request the Housekeeping Coordinators

What you bring:

  • A minimum of a High School or equivalent education.

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Cantonese/Mandarin.

  • Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred.

  • Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest
