We are looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to lead validation and release qualification for next-generation AI accelerator platforms. The role involves end-to-end system validation, AI workload qualification, automation, performance benchmarking, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Define validation strategy, test plans, and release qualification criteria.
Lead validation across hardware, firmware, drivers, SDKs, runtimes, compilers, and Linux platforms.
Validate AI/ML workloads (LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI).
Develop and maintain automated validation frameworks using Python and CI/CD.
Perform functional, performance, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
Drive root-cause analysis, performance characterization, and release sign-off.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

10+ years in System/Platform/Semiconductor Validation.
Strong programming in Python, Bash, and C/C++.
Experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
Expertise in validation automation, performance benchmarking, and debugging.
Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime) and AI inference validation.
Knowledge of PCIe, embedded Linux, device drivers, networking, and AI accelerators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
Experience with AI accelerator or semiconductor product validation is highly preferred.
