About the Role

As a Strategy Director, you’ll lead our expanding Strategy & Planning team in Madrid, acting as the bridge between business objectives and creative excellence. You will spearhead the development and execution of brand strategies for both existing clients and new business, working hand-in-hand with Creative Directors to build impactful brand platforms that optimise marketing efforts and drive measurable sales performance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives.

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to account and creative teams, ensuring the execution of high-quality, engaging platforms and content.

  • Empower teams to extract strategic insights from data reports to optimize performance and drive ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging deep insights to inform high-level decision-making.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor emerging digital technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge for our clients.

About You
