Shipping & Logistics Specialist (Viluco)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Shipping & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Viluco, Chile!

Responsabilities:

• Coordinate, supervise and execute import and export research site activities, including document preparation, logistics, permits, flight reservations and shipment tracking, ensuring compliance, correct procedure execution, and timely shipping activities.

• Act as contact with customs agents, brokers, SAG, and other official agencies as needed.

• Analyze data, results, and efficiencies, promoting continuous improvement and innovation in shipment related processes.

• Coordinate and supervise assigned labor, ensuring appropriate training, performance, and alignment with technical plans, safety standards, and Corteva’s corporate values.

• Contribute to the overall success of the Viluco Research Center by participating in site-specific projects and promoting a positive attitude at work.

 Qualifications

• Degree in logistic, International trade, similar studies, or equivalent experience.

• Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• High level of responsibility, commitment, proactivity, and adaptability.

• High level of organization and detailed process control.

• Proficiency in MS Office programs at an advanced user level.

• Intermediate/advanced English level preferred.

• Knowledge of digitization and data-management tools is highly desirable.
