主要职责

KA客制化机制的开发，包括营销方案，产品共创，消费者活动，扩大品牌影响力
KA店中店项目的推动与落实，包括客户选择和沟通，门店选址，费用谈判。
通过与渠道营销部和区域销售的沟通，落实相关的计划-预算-执行链路。
公司重点项目试点客户的选取，沟通，落实，反馈，赋能后续整体项目全国落实
NKA客户宠物家的客户管理和进销存跟进。
KA客户的数据分析，挖掘，寻找机会点。

职务与资质要求

教育背景: 本科及以上学历，商业管理、市场营销等相关领域优先。
三年及以上客户营销/渠道营销经验，宠物/母婴/消费品等行业经验优先，具备项目管理经验优先，有直接对接客户经验优先。
有较强的市场判断及数据分析能力，具备0-1的客户营销机制开发和项目推动。
优秀的沟通能力，通过有效沟通实现客户管理和内部协调。
对宠物行业有热情，宠主为佳。
强烈的责任心和优秀的职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。

技能要求

较强的presentation能力，熟练使用PPT
较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel
良好的沟通与谈判技巧
