Job Details:

The Senior HR Generalist for the Middle East serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across the region, providing reliable, timely support on day-to-day HR matters. This role focuses on execution of core HR processes, employee relations support, and maintaining compliance with local labor requirements. The position operates with a high degree of independence while remaining aligned with HR leadership, ensuring that HR activities move forward efficiently and consistently. Complex or high-risk matters are escalated appropriately, with additional support provided through external HR and legal partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters across the Middle East region.
  • Provide timely, practical support to managers and employees on day-to-day HR issues.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Address employee relations matters, managing routine issues and escalating complex or high-risk cases as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with regional requirements.
  • Support performance management processes through coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement HR programs and initiatives within the region.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive responsiveness and follow-through on all HR inquiries, ensuring consistent and reliable support.

Qualifications

    •    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

    •    5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role

    •    Experience supporting Middle East countries strongly preferred

    •    Solid working knowledge of employee relations and application of local labor laws

    •    Ability to operate independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight

    •    Strong judgment with the ability to oversee sensitive matters appropriately

    •    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    •    Effective communication skills across diverse cultures and stakeholders

    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
