Enforce correct installation practices including alignment, leveling, torqueing, clearances, fastening, and interface requirements
Coordinate contractor manpower, tools, lifting equipment, and installation resources to support planned execution

Perform continuous inspections during installation to ensure compliance and prevent defects or damage
Prepare, complete, and maintain all required quality and installation documentation, including installation checklists, ITP records, torque logs, alignment records, inspection forms, and daily reports
Identify installation deviations immediately, enforce corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
Train and coach contractor personnel on OEM installation requirements, correct mechanical and electrical practices, and Linxon quality and documentation standards
Ensure contractors follow warranty‑critical installation requirements without deviation
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, revisions, applicable mechanical and electrical codes, OEM acceptance criteria, and Linxon standards
Support pre‑commissioning, testing, and handover readiness by confirming installation completeness and documentation accuracy
Coordinate daily with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Quality teams and provide clear progress, quality, and constraint reporting
Support internal and external audits and monthly quality inspections
