  • Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere strictly to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Commercial Space Transportation regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental protection guidelines.

  • Project Management: Supervise capital improvement projects, facility expansions, and tenant build-outs, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to aerospace-grade specifications.

  • Emergency Preparedness: Collaborate with local municipal emergency services, aerospace tenants, and security personnel to maintain and practice rigorous emergency response and facility evacuation protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, commercial airport operations, industrial plant engineering, or aerospace infrastructure management.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial building automation systems (BAS), commercial HVAC, and heavy equipment operation.

  • This role requires time split between an office environment and active field work (indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions).

  • On-call availability: this job may require some work outside of normal business hours to respond to emergency maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
