Job Description

ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates. 

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Assistance OM Implement and administer AL Bluebook and IMS Operation procedures to make sure all manufacturing activities comply with AL standard.

協助運轉經理實施和管理AL工作守則和IMS 操作流程,以確保所有的生產活動符合AL的標準。

2. Plan the inventory location and classification work, optimize the space utilization rate.

統籌規劃庫存位置及分類工作,優化空間使用率,執行先進先出管控。

3. Plan and coordinate production schedule with team to ensure delivery date is met.

協調團隊並規劃零件送達時程,使其符合機台交期。

4. Coordinate the supplier implement the implementation of quality assurance and security behavior

協調供應商,落實執行質量保證及安全行為。

5. Assist the operation manager to implement and implement the standard incoming and outgoing material flow (SOP) to meet IMS requirements

協助運轉經理執行及落實標準進出料作業流程(SOP)以滿足IMS的要求。

6. Overall planning and management BOND stock location, optimize the BOND material utilization

統籌規劃管理BOND庫存位置,優化BOND 材料使用率。

7. Coordinate with other team to ensure project are completed within specification, cost and schedule.

協調其他團隊,以確保成本及進度在所規定範圍內,完成專案.

8. Plan operation and update ERP system so that system are in proper working condition.
定期更新ERP 系統資料,使其運作正常。

9. Review parts delivery document make sure QC procedures are practiced.
審查零件送交文件,以確保品保成序執行。

10. Supervisory work area 5S, in line with customer audit and internal audit requirements.

督導執行工作區域5S,符合客戶稽核及內部稽核之要求。
