Clinical Specialist- Atlanta, GA- Neurovascular

Work Flexibility: Field-based

• Educate physicians and neurointerventional teams on device use, deployment techniques, and troubleshooting in acute stroke and endovascular procedures.
• Lead training sessions, in-service education, and hands-on support in angiography suites and neurointerventional labs.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify and support opportunities to expand use of neurovascular therapies across assigned regions.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, including time-sensitive stroke interventions.
• Act as a clinical resource and trusted partner to neurointerventionalists, neurologists, and stroke teams.
• Build strong working relationships with physicians and hospital staff to support consistent and effective therapy use.
• Support complex cases and provide escalation support as needed.
• Stay current on neurovascular disease, stroke care pathways, clinical evidence, and competitive products.
• Share feedback from clinical use with Product Development and Medical Affairs to help improve products and training.
• Document case observations and clinical learnings per company and regulatory requirements.
• Support overall growth and clinical excellence of the neurovascular business.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with neurointerventional teams, stroke neurologists, neurosurgeons, and cath lab staff.
• Strong interest in improving outcomes for patients with stroke and other neurovascular conditions.
• Good clinical judgment and ability to think clearly in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to build basic presentations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical device clinical role, cath lab, or neurointerventional/stroke-focused environment required
• Strong understanding of neurovascular anatomy, stroke physiology, and endovascular procedures.
• Proven ability to support procedures in high-acuity clinical settings.
• Experience working in a medical device or commercial healthcare environment is a plus.

• USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
• Puerto Rico: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
• US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
• US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
• US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
• US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
• US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
