About the Role
The Associate Hosting Representative works with Veeam Cloud & Service Provider, Channel, and Commercial teams to grow Veeam’s presence within the hosting and service provider ecosystem. The role focuses on developing partner relationships and driving revenue through Cloud and Service Provider partners.
What You’ll Do
- Working closely with the rest of the Veeam Cloud and Service Provider team, Channel Managers and Commercial (end-user) team.
- Achieving the assigned revenue targets and MBOs for the territory.
- Developing and executing territory plans with the focus on prospective mid-sized Service Provider market.
- Recruiting, training and enabling prospective Cloud and Service Provider partners.
- Managing the full sales cycle of an opportunity, including generating own leads or responding to inbound leads, understanding solution requirements, providing proposals and closing opportunities.
- Providing ongoing account management of the hosting partners.
- Leveraging existing relationships and creating new relationships in the channel partner community.
- Working with marketing, alliances and distribution teams on opportunity-generating campaigns.
- Providing forecasting and account opportunity management in Salesforce.
- Providing ongoing support and training to channel and commercial teams.
- Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment.
- Fulfilling professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, and company level.
- Reporting and registering on time complete and accurate data required in internal applications, tools and systems.
- Performing any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Advanced level English and French.
- 2–3 years of previous experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales of high-tech products or services is preferred.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skill
