Organizational Development Specialist - Human Resources

The Organizational Development Specialist supports the Organizational Development (OD) team in the delivery and tracking of key OD programs. The Specialist will help design and have accountability for the documentation of OD documents and provide project management support for major OD projects and quantify and communicate activities and results. In this role, you'll provide direct project management/analysis support for key programs, initiatives, and interventions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent, Succession Planning).You will design OD documents, write appropriate material including manuals, guidelines, brochures, newsletters, videos, and teambuilding programs. Support the communication needs of the Master Change Facilitators in support of their clients. Additionally, provide data and communications support for each site on an on-going basis and assist in quantifying and documenting the results of programs.

This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, or related field

  • Experience in talent and succession management, organizational development, change management, and consulting

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years of HR experience
