What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety and operational procedures
- Provide professional customer service while representing the company on job sites
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
- Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
- Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment in varying work conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $26.93 to $28.93 per hour
