Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Philadelphia-Werk in Bad Fallingbostel eine:n Praktikant:in im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung. Dieses 6-monatige Praktikum (in Vollzeit) bietet dir die Möglichkeit, die Digitalisierung in einem hochmodernen Lebensmittelwerk zu gestalten und bei der Verstärkung seiner digitalen Kompetenzen mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben:

Mitwirkung bei Projekten, um den Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsgrad im Werk zu erhöhen

Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Smart User Devices

Identifizierung und Entwicklung von innovativen technischen Lösungen, um die Effizienz und Leistung der Produktionsanlagen zu verbessern

Durchführung von Analysen und Visualisierung, um Verluste zu identifizieren und beseitigen

Design und Entfaltung von kleineren digitalen Lösungen (z.B. PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Datensammlung für diverse Teams im Werk, um zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse beizutragen

Sprichst fließendes Deutsch (C1 ist ein Muss) und gutes Englisch (B2+)

Bist idealerweise im letzten Studienjahr im Bereich Projektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung oder KI, IT mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen, Robotik o.Ä.

Konntest schon Erfahrungen mit der Nutzung von Microsoft Power Tools sammeln

Hast sehr gute allgemeine IT- und Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, Teams)

Bist proaktiv und bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit

Kannst offen, klar und transparent kommunizieren
