Senior Application Lead Integrations | hybrid | Guararema
The Senior Application Lead Integrations role will support the Digital Core Program during the building, collaborating and acting as end-to-end solution design authority, ensuring that approved business requirements are translated into systems configuration, enhancement and integration, aligned with global template and SAP best practices and Standards.
This position requires a strong balance of process understanding, Solution Design leadership, technical integration knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and delivery accountability.
What are we looking for?
10+ years of comprehensive IT experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on integration architecture, API management, and middleware.
Experience guiding development teams to maintain product and service design integrity, ensuring compliance with global standards and mandated processes.
Experience with tools such as SAP BTP, Solace, MuleSoft, or similar.
Strong understanding of how to map business processes to technology solutions.
Ability to collaborate with Integration Development, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, application team, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to recommend solutions.
Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP systems
What will be your key responsibilities?
Collaborate with Integration Hub on the design of complex, scalable integration solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements.
Change Management: Promote Fit to Standard and process harmonization
Ensure MARS supportability requirements (Service introduction gates)
Establish and enforce integration best practices, including guidelines for API design, error handling, and transaction management.
Manage relationships with external integration vendors, ensuring that their solutions meet enterprise needs.
