We are looking for a Youth Partnerships Intern to join our Business Development team this summer! The Youth Partnerships Intern will support the Youth Partnerships team within Client Engagement at Talkspace. This role will focus on assisting with client communications, utilization and engagement strategies, outreach initiatives, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support school districts, municipalities, and youth-serving organizations. This is an opportunity for someone interested in youth mental health, education, or public health to gain hands-on experience working with large public sector partners while contributing to programs that increase access to mental health services for students and families.
This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

Internship Details:
- Duration: June 1st, 2026 - August 21st, 2026
- Commitment: 20 hour per week
- Projects: You'll work on 2-3 key initiatives, with one serving as your final deliverable.
- Compensation: Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.
- Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns designed to increase awareness and utilization of Talkspace services among students, parents/guardians, and school staff.
- Assist with drafting client communications including emails, newsletters, social media content, and website copy.
- Help coordinate outreach and engagement initiatives across major youth partnership markets (e.g., New York City, Seattle, North Carolina, and others).
