In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du unser HR-Team bei sämtlichen administrativen Prozessen entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus – von Eintritt bis Austritt. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich operative Aufgaben und fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden und HR Business Partnern im Tagesgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Durchführung aller administrativen HR-Tätigkeiten entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
(z. B. Einstellungen, Beförderungen, Mutterschutz/Elternzeit, Vertrags- und Arbeitszeitänderungen sowie Austritte)
Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei administrativen HR-Anliegen und arbeitest eng mit den HRBPs zur operativen Umsetzung zusammen
Pflege, Prüfung und Auswertung von Personalstammdaten im HR-System
Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von HR-bezogenen Rechnungen
Führung, Pflege und revisionssichere Ablage von Personalakten
Bearbeitung und Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft
Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen sowie Unterstützung im Beurteilungsprozess
Mitarbeit an internationalen HR-Projekten sowie an Prozessoptimierungen und Systemeinführungen
Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und zeitnahen Dokumentenablage
Aktive Mitwirkung an standortbezogenen Initiativen und HR-Projekten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalbereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen HR-Arbeit, insbesondere in administrativen Prozessen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word)
Hohe Systemaffinität und gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse
Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise Workday
Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
