What You’ll Do
As a Habilitation Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in both team development and client experience:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of habilitation professionals
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational priorities
- Drive engagement, retention, and development of your team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor degree is required
- Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
