• 高中及以上学历；

High school and above degree;

• 3年以上生产现场管理工作经验，有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先；

More than 3 years of production management experience, prefer oversea company experience in an automated environment;

• 具有SPC的图表和释义方面的相关知识；

Working knowledge of SPC charting and interpreting;

• 良好的成本意识；

Good cost-conscious;

• 具有精益生产相关知识；

Working knowledge of lean production；

• 极好的组织和计算技能；

Excellent organizational and mathematical skills;

• 具有一定承受压力的能力；

Ability to work under pressure;

• 熟练操作计算机办公软件；

Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft;

• 拥有团队合作精神和能力。

Good spirit and ability in team work.
