Job Description

The Construction/ Remodeler will perform skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This role involves hands-on tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and other remodeling activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craft, and works well as part of a team to achieve outstanding results for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

Construction and Renovation Work:
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installing drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation.
- Assist with demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
Material Handling:
- Measure, cut, and install building materials with precision and care.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Quality Craftsmanship:
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Pay close attention to detail and follow project specifications.
Safety and Maintenance:
- Follow all safety protocols on job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
