Build professional construction equipment from start to finish.

We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler with proven hands-on mechanical experience to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and building equipment the right way.

This is not an assembly line position. Our assemblers build one machine at a time using a modular system, taking a project from individual components to a completed piece of equipment. Bonus: Our production facility is climate controlled!

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble cutting and sawing equipment used for concrete, masonry, tile, and metal

  • Pre-assemble and install components such as engines, motors, pumps, transmissions, axles, blade shafts, and cutting heads

  • Wire motors, engines, and switchboxes as required

  • Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble and align components

  • Follow blueprints and written instructions

  • Test run completed machines and complete quality inspections

  • Prepare finished equipment for shipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of mechanical assembly or mechanic experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools

  • Automotive, equipment repair, or shop experience is a plus

  • Ability to read instructions or blueprints and follow work orders

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on your first day

  • 401(k) with company match and no vesting period

  • Employee discount on Husqvarna products

  • Education assistance program

  • Paid parental leave

  • 11 paid holidays

  • Paid vacation and sick time
