As a Marketing Manager within our dynamic marketing team, the candidate will be responsible for powering the strategy and execution of our advanced hydration portfolio spanning materbrand Limca and other global brands. Their insights and leadership will drive brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement, contributing to the overall success of our brands in a growth market.
What You’ll Do for Us
Develop and implement marketing strategies to deliver short & long term ambiton to grow the isotonic and sports drinks segment in India & Southwest Asia Markets
Work closely with Global Category teams to ensure alignment of brand plans, maintaining a key balance between the Global Brand platform and local market nuances and needs
Work closely with bottling partners and teams to ensure end-to-end thinking and execution of brand plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to develop and launch innovative products that meet consumer needs and preferences while being accretive to the portfolio
Manage the marketing budget for the isotonic and sports drinks segment, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and in-store promotions.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including athletes, sports organisations, and event sponsors, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
Stay abreast of competitive activities and industry best practices to ensure our brand remains a leader in the isotonic and sports drinks market.
Provides CREATIVE STRATEGY leads and IMX teams with leadership, clear direction,/prioritization to achieve the business goals. Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, licensed or speciality merchandise, etc.) to direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution
Work Focus
Ability to develop and articulate a multi-year strategic plan and annual business plan for the brand within the INSWA OU. Develops a holistic picture of what is required to deliver these plans, including alignment of key stakeholders across the value stream and making key decisions on resource needs/allocations.
Communication Focus
Role frequently leads communications with both internal (Commercial, Supply Chain & Technical, Zone customer/franchise teams) as well as external (e.g. bottler, customer, agency, supplier) partners
Interactions include sharing relevant information on brand business plans, influencing others to take action in support, and negotiating components of said plans to enable desired outcomes
Role interacts frequently (daily) with constituents (internal and external) that may not have completely aligned interests/ objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
12+ years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal.
MBA Degree required
Requirements
Ability to translate brand vision/strategy through the development of annual brand business plans, along with corresponding resource requirements
Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to build partnerships, establish trust & credibility and influence across all levels of leadership
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to the audience and provide clear
Ability to effectively prioritise short and long-term business priorities and communicate & manage key tradeoffs and implications
Agency project management experience, including budget management
