Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the procurement team
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings with suppliers, stakeholders and visitors
Procurement Coordination
Support procurement projects tracking
Maintain procurement documentation, supplier databases, and compliance records
Track key procurement milestones, risks, and action plans
Data & Reporting
Compile and analyze procurement data
Generate dashboards and reports to support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy across procurement systems
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a point of contact for suppliers on administrative matters
Coordinate communication between procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers
Support follow-up on supplier deliverables and commitments
Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes
Support implementation of digital tools and systems (e.g., ERP, supplier portals)
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance standards
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience
3–5 years of experience in administrative support, procurement, or supply chain roles
Experience supporting senior leadership is highly preferred
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
