We are looking for a colleague to join the Nordic and Baltic Net Revenue Management team as Net Revenue Analytics & Insight Manager within the Personal Care Business Unit, with commercial focus on the categories of Baby Care, Consumer Tissue, Feminine Care and Continence Care.
About the role
In this role, you will strengthen Essity's Insight & Analytics capabilities by securing relevant insights, tools and processes, as well as driving the adoption of these across the commercial organization to enable data-driven decision making.
You will report to the Net Revenue Management Lead and work closely with the Nordic and Baltic commercial team, including Business Development Managers, Category teams and Sales teams, as well as European Net Revenue Managers.
To succeed in this role, you need confidence in building analytical solutions based on multiple data sources that guide our strategies and help us navigate real business challenges.
The position can be located in Oslo, Gothenburg, Espoo or Allerød. Travel is required as needed.
This position has no direct reports.

Examples of tasks
Be overall responsible for key data sources (e.g. Nielsen, POS and internal data), ensuring quality, consistency and usage across the region.
Own and drive the regional NRM analytics and insight roadmap, defining priorities, identifying opportunities and securing delivery and progress.
Develop analytical tools, reporting and processes, and ensure strong adoption across markets and teams.
Translate data into actionable insights through project work, reporting and business planning, identifying concrete growth opportunities.
Define and deliver performance reporting, trends and insight-based recommendations to senior stakeholders and category teams.
Bring the “triple win perspective” and balance the voice of Essity, the consumer and the customer in commercial decision-making and strategy.
Partner with European teams and external agencies to develop and implement best-in-class solutions through co-creation, training, piloting and ongoing support.
Drive value creation by leveraging capabilities within Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, Promotion and Trade Investments.

You build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect and can influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and clear communication.
You have:
Extensive experience within FMCG through analytical, financial or commercial roles.
Good understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment, as well as analytical principles such as price elasticity, return on investment and profit pools.
Ability to consolidate diverse and complex internal and external data sources into clear recommendations and business insights.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including modelling, DAX, dashboard development and visualization best practices, as well as Excel.
A strong desire and ability to drive adoption of tools, analytics and new ways of working within the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience of driving change across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and one Nordic language.
Ability to travel.
