Group Summary:

• 大专及以上学历(机械/焊接/汽车及相关专业)；

College degree or above(major in mechanical/welding/automotive or related fields);

• 3年以上焊接装配工艺相关工作经验，有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先；

With over 3-year correlative assembly process experience, related experience in multinational automotive company is preferred;

• 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力；

Good verbal and written communication skill in English;

• 良好的焊接/装配专业知识；

Excellent welding & assembly professional skills;

• 熟悉焊接设备基本操作与基本原理；

Familiar with basic operating and principle of welding equipment;

• 熟悉焊接工装夹具并具备调整能力；

Proficiency in welding fixture & adjustable ability;

• 良好的尺寸/形位公差及相关知识；

Excellent GD&T and related skills;

• 了解CMM测量基本知识并能准确理解CMM测量结果；

Good knowledge of CMM and accurate comprehension of CMM reports;

• 良好的读图能力与AutoCAD绘图能力；

Excellent skills on CAD drawing;

• 良好的分析问题、解决问题能力；

• Excellent skills on analyzing and solving problems;

• 良好的沟通技巧（书面与口头）；

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal);

• 具有一定承受压力的能力；

• Strong ability to take pressure;

• 熟练操作计算机办公软件；

• Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft;

• 拥有团队合作精神和能力。

• With team cooperation spirit and coordinate ability.
