Job Description
The Company
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.
We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

This position focuses on data stewardship, evaluating prescriber and account records to determine merge eligibility, and ensuring our MDM/CRM system contains clean, reliable data that powers our CRM operations and commercial analytics and enables all downstream processes. This is a detail-oriented role with growth potential for high performers.
Where you come in:

- Lead commercial data cleanup and establish data entry quality validation processes to ensure accurate data for insights, planning, and customer engagement.
Master Data Management (MDM) Operations
- Evaluate prescriber records in our MDM system using established business rules and data quality criteria to determine merge eligibility and execute daily merge decisions or flag records for escalation based on confidence levels and data completeness, meeting established productivity & accuracy targets.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring prescriber hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes are accurately represented.
Data Quality Support
- Ensure prescriber data accuracy to support CRM workflows and field team effectiveness and support data quality initiatives that improve targeting and segmentation in CRM campaigns.
- Validate prescriber contact information, specialties, and practice locations for CRM use and coordinate with Sales Operations and Commercial Operations teams on data quality issues impacting CRM users.
Documentation & Process Adherence
- Document merge decisions and rationale in accordance with MDM governance standards and track and report on daily productivity metrics and data quality KPIs.
- Follow established SOPs for data stewardship and escalation procedures and maintain detailed logs of validation activities, edge cases, and escalations.
Commercial Data Governance & Stewardship
- Define policies for data quality, validation, and compliance, embedding standards in ingestion, mastering, and activation workflows and establish survivorship rules, match‑exception handling, and consent/GDPR practices, so downstream reporting and engagement are reliable and compliant.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Global Commercial Excellence to align data governance, platform investment, and contract utilization with business priorities.
What makes you successful:
- Experience with MDM processes and integrating CRM / ERP / Marketing / Education data into a single trusted source of truth for targeting, engagement, and analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency and ability to make sound judgements based on established criteria and business rules.
- Experience working with HCP and HCO data.
- Strong governance toolkit: you define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and stewardship processes; you can operationalize consent/GDPR requirements in day‑to‑day data handling.
- You collaborate cross‑functionally and translate business needs into data designs—balancing speed, cost, and control without sacrificing quality.
- You bring strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage daily workload queues and comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Clear written communication for documenting decisions and escalations.
- Previous experience in data entry, data quality, or operational roles requiring high accuracy.
- You thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments where building, iterating, and scaling new capabilities is part of the everyday work.
