What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful products and features. You’ll act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure that the product vision aligns with business goals and user needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional teams, providing mentorship, and ensuring successful feature delivery.
- Building and managing product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals while balancing stakeholder priorities.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and advocating for user-centric solutions.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements and deliver value.
- Using data and metrics to drive decision-making, develop business cases, and measure success.
- Writing detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with the development team.
- Engaging in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure iterative and incremental progress.
- Monitoring and communicating product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Participating in technical discussions to understand system integrations, APIs, and databases.
- Facilitating continuous improvement in team processes, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence.
What You’ll Need
Experience:
- Experience in product management, with roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Proven track record in managing medium-to-large projects with tight timelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to write clear and actionable requirements, business cases, and user stories.
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
