Description:
Reporting to the Director, Patient Logistics & Ancillary Services, Nursing Service Admin, this position is responsible for the flow of patients through the organization and assuming administrative responsibility for the medical center. The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of quality patient care and optimum utilization of nursing staff. As a member of the nursing leadership team, the Administrative Director participates in and supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization as well as the nursing strategic plan.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California is required.
2. Three (3) years of clinical nursing is required.
3. One (1) year of leadership experience is required.
4. Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS is preferred.
6. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
Pay Range ($62.94 - $94.43)
