Job Description
To meet the growing global demand for AWS services, we are seeking experienced, talented, and dedicated individuals with strong presentation and coaching skills to train and coach our customer-facing field teams and front-line managers. Your role will be to confidently equip these teams with the skills to effectively engage with and communicate the AWS value proposition and how it drives business outcomes for decision-makers, from line-of-business leaders to IT stakeholders.
Using our comprehensive Learning Library of programs, you will leverage your extensive experience and communication abilities to deliver impactful virtual and in-person learning experiences. These programs cover advanced skills including strategic account planning, objection handling, and advanced value proposition articulation. Your role will be to confidently facilitate these programs, help our field teams and front-line managers translate technical concepts into compelling business solutions, and contribute to the development and iteration of training programs.
By working closely with our field teams and sales leaders, you will use your strong presentation and coaching skills to ensure they can effectively communicate the business impact of AWS. This high-visibility, high-impact position allows you to combine your passion for teaching, your ability to engage an audience, and your deep understanding of how technology enables business transformation. While technical expertise is valuable, your ability to articulate how cloud technology can drive business outcomes for our customers is paramount.
As a key member of our innovative team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of training solutions that leverage AI, social learning, adaptive learning, and other emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience and foster communities of practice.
Key job responsibilities
1. Deliver global enablement and training programs to support the development of our field teams and front-line managers.

6. Build confidence within our field team members and front-line managers to engage with decision makers in technical and non-technical roles.
7. Lead the delivery of programs that incorporate AWS strategy, mission, and technology with our sales and business development methodologies.
8. Deliver training courses focused on accelerating the ability of our global field organization to articulate AWS value propositions.
9. Help field team members and front-line managers translate AWS solutions into business outcomes for customers.
10. Collaborate with the training team to ensure consistency in program delivery across different regions and formats.
11. Stay updated on AWS services and value propositions to effectively communicate them in training sessions.
12. Implement post-program activities to reinforce learning and encourage application of skills.
13. Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve program effectiveness.
14. Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time to deliver in-person training sessions.
15. Contribute to the innovation of our training programs by assisting in the development of AI-enhanced, immersive self-paced interactive training, generative AI-powered classroom experiences, and microlearning modules.
16. Facilitate and nurture communities of practice to encourage ongoing learning and knowledge sharing among participants.
