We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent (Porter) to join the Front of House team. You assist guests with arrivals, departures, and luggage, provide guidance on hotel services and local highlights, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. With a flexible attitude, strong communication skills, and a guest-focused mindset, you help create memorable stays while supporting the front desk and housekeeping teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and create a welcoming guest-first atmosphere.
- Assist with arrivals and departures, including luggage handling, parking vehicles, and transportation requests.
- Share knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local highlights.
- Escort guests to rooms or venues and provide guidance on in-room facilities.
- Work closely with Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible mindset: available for different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physically fit and comfortable being active during shifts.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; confident using Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
