Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solution adapts to changing needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing software configurations, integrations, and release cycles for packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
