Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Rehab Aide

Location: Lakeport, CA
Shift: Varies | Status: Part‑Time

Pay: $21/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Keep residents clean, dry, comfortable, and safe
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Monitor skin condition and report concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident confidentiality
• Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies

Requirements:

• Active CNA license (state‑approved)
• Minimum 10th grade education
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• CPR preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents throughout shift
