Main role mission:
The Digital Sales Fulfillment Specialist will help execute the centralized support efforts by handling digital campaign fulfillment. This role will ensure effective and efficient post sales needs so local markets can focus on client facing revenue opportunities and continue to provide superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as post sales lead for digital support across multiple markets.
• Ensure proper entry and billing of all digital campaigns as an audit gate prior to submitting orders to digital fulfilment teams/vendors
• Regular tracking of client campaign delivery across TEGNA’s digital products consisting of OTT/CTV, video, and display.
• Work with Digital Client Services teams across multiple product lines to ensure campaign pacing and delivery.
• Develop & execute effective solutions to deliver customer results through digital assets while maintaining campaign logistics and performance.
• Interpret campaign performance data and help summarize results based on customer KPI’s
• Dive into TEGNA Attribution and support/manage as needed for client campaigns.
• Work in tandem with Account Executives, Station leadership, Sales Support, and corporate leadership.
• Complete standard monthly reporting for all digital campaigns and deliver to station staff for the completion of final reporting presentations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
• Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.
• Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions.
• Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes.
• Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills.

Regardless of participation in TEGNA medical plans, ALL employees and their eligible family members receive nine free virtual doctor’s appointments with a physician through Teladoc, and 12 free annual therapy sessions with a licensed clinician through Spring Health.
