Job Description
Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner in delivering high-level
administrative and organizational support to the President of Lucid ME. This role demands a
proactive individual capable of managing a broad spectrum of executive-level responsibilities,
often involving confidential and sensitive matters. A high degree of professionalism, discretion,
willingness to learn and prompt responsiveness is essential.
This is not a remote role and requires a full-time presence in the office in KAFD. The position may
also require occasional travel, sometimes international, depending on business needs. Given the
global nature of the company, the individual should also be prepared for occasional availability
outside of regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and to
Chief of Staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating
travel arrangements.
• Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external
stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the
President.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including
preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups in collaboration with
Chief of Staff.
• Travel & Logistics Management: Plan, book, and manage all travel itineraries,
accommodations, and logistics for the President, ensuring smooth travel arrangements in
collaboration with Chief of Staff.
• Document Management: Prepare, review, and proofread presentations, reports, and other
documents for the President. Ensure documents are translated from Arabic to English, wellorganized and accessible when needed.
• Project Management Support: Assist with various projects, including organizing events,
coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives
in collaboration with Chief of Staff.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost
care, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• General Administrative Tasks: Provide day-to-day office support, including expense
reporting, preparing materials for meetings, and coordinating the President’s daily
schedule. Ad hoc administrative support to direct reports of President.
• Special Projects and Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to
execute special tasks and projects as directed, aimed at directly supporting the office of the
President.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role,
supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment. Experience in the automotive,
technology, or luxury sector is welcomed.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or
related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written
