DuPont Water Solutions

Are you passionate about water technology and ready to drive impact across Taiwan’s industrial and high‑tech sectors? Join us as we grow the water solution business and strengthen our presence in the water treatment market.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Manage and grow key customer accounts
🔹 Develop new business with end users, OEMs, and channel partners
🔹 Support customers with IER/RO/UF solutions for UPW, demineralization, condensate polishing, and more
🔹 Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations
🔹 Represent DuPont in customer meetings and industry events

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
✔ Prior 5 years working experience in the water treatment industry is preferred.
✔ Strong commercial mindset and relationship‑building skills
✔ Fluent Mandarin & English communication
✔ Self‑driven, collaborative, and customer‑focused
