Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Wartungsarbeiten im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Automation
Durchführung vorbeugender Instandhaltungsmassnahmen inklusive Ersatzteilmanagement
Umsetzung technischer Modifikationen und Optimierungen in Hard- und/oder Software
Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Koordination eines Teams von 6 Mitarbeitenden
Deine idealen Voraussetzungen:
Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische oder elektromechanische Grundausbildung
Weiterbildung als Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik, vorzugsweise mit Siemens-Steuerungen
Gute Kenntnisse in der Antriebs-, Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik sowie in der industriellen Kommunikation
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industriebetrieb
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
