Aypa is seeking an Austin, Texas-based Manager, Trading and Asset Optimization to join its Asset Management Team and support our work managing a storage portfolio. Aypa is a growth organization with an established portfolio in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

Research, identify and execute on opportunities to create market efficiencies and capture positive spreads, where allowed, within physical and financial power markets;
Develop and update daily reports and model results in relation to optimizing storage assets;
Enhance market intelligence for bidding strategy of battery storage facilities. Includes analysis of supply and demand variables, weather patterns, and market practices;
