About the Role:

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Director to lead Orca’s largest and most strategic product group—owning the core platform and infrastructure that powers everything we deliver. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity at the heart of Orca’s value proposition, shaping how data is ingested, processed, surfaced, and transformed into meaningful security insights for customers worldwide.
As Product Director, you will guide a team of talented Product Managers and Designers, drive cross-company collaboration, and take a hands-on role in several key product areas. If you're passionate about building foundational systems, scaling complex platforms, and delivering transformative cloud security experiences, this role offers one of the most influential positions in the market.

What You’ll Do:

Own and lead Orca’s core platform and infrastructure product group, including data ingestion, data processing pipelines, alerting, AI-driven capabilities, in-platform growth, and overall user experience.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 6 Product Managers and Designers, while also remaining hands-on with several high-priority product domains.
Drive platform-wide strategy and execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless customer experiences across Orca’s security offerings.
Shape Orca’s long-term platform vision, influencing the future of cloud security and strengthening Orca’s competitive edge.
