As a Business Analyst I at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, ensure consistent project reporting, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization by collaborating with various departments.
As a Business Analyst I at ICON, working on a day-to-day basis across the IT GBS teams, the Business Analyst is responsible for :
* Coordinate budget follow-up, in coordination with the Finance team
* Coordinate financial forecasting exercise
* Raising purchase orders for functions across the IT Department
* Managing the IT BAU CAPEX budget forecasting and spend reporting
* Put in place all actions needed regarding continuous improvement and processes"
What You Will Do:
You will contribute to business planning and analysis activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate budget follow-up, in coordination with the Finance team
* Coordinate financial forecasting exercise
* Raising purchase orders for functions across the IT Department
* Managing the IT BAU CAPEX budget forecasting and spend reporting
* Put in place all actions needed regarding continuous improvement and processes
* Responsible for the identification of process improvement opportunities and recommended actions plan
* Support unit in putting in place tools and analytical measures to provide guidance to finance, internal operations and senior management
* Responsible to manage Key Financial Performance Indicators
* Responsible for coordinating financial forecasting with the IT GBS leadership team and Finance
* Responsible for providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on key financial metrics
* Completing other appropriate duties and ad hoc reporting, as assigned by the manager, which require similar skills in accordance with business needs.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant business planning and analysis experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
