Role Definition
Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility or business unit team; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel, and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team. 

Responsibilities
•    Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager and business unit manager.
•    Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
•    Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
•    Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.

Cost-Benefit Analysis: Knowledge of the principles and tools used in cost-benefit analysis; ability to analyze the purpose and scope of a producer, product, process, or project in terms of cost and benefits.
 

Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
 

Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
 

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

 

Relocation is available for this position.
