Texas Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented undergraduate student to serve as a Creative Services Administrative Assistant. This role supports the Marketing and Communications team by helping manage digital assets, maintain shared files and data, and assist with content organization and production workflows.

Purpose

This position is ideal for a student who enjoys behind-the-scenes organization, working with digital files and data, and supporting creative teams through strong administrative and technical skills. The student will collaborate closely with designers, social media managers, and communications staff to ensure content, assets, and internal resources are accurate, organized, and easy to access.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the design, social media, and communications team
  • Maintain and organize shared digital files using established naming conventions and folder structures
  • Assist with updating published data for web and print materials following established processes
  • Support organization, delivery, and inventory tracking of branded materials and supplies
  • Help maintain internal team resources such as project management tools, shared documentation, or internal guides
  • Provide logistical or administrative support for events or campaigns when needed

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (communications, marketing, business, computer science, or a related field preferred), Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,

Comfort working with digital files, shared drives, and basic data tracking, Strong written communication skills and ability to follow established processes, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Experience working with digital asset management systems or shared file platforms, Interest in business, marketing, communications, or creative services, Interest in global topics or experience working with international populations.

Salary
$12.00 per hour
